9. i.Estimated number of attendees
   

10. j.Number of presentations requested
    

11. k.Subject/Title of talks
    

If you are interested in inviting Hector to speak at your event, please read the following page, which outlines the simple process.

If both parties agree to move forward, Hector will email the contact person a Speaker Agreement with the agreed upon terms.

Hector will contact you personally by phone/email to follow up on your request and to further explore the possibility of his speaking at your event.

The sponsoring agency must mail the signed agreement in a timely manner in order to secure the event date(s) in Hector’s calendar.  Hector will, in turn, sign the agreement and mail it to the sponsoring agency for their records.
